Concert in the Park

The Negros Cultural Foundation Inc. and the Province of Negros Occidental through Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO) would like to invite you for a Free Concert in the Park featuring NOY PILLORA the pioneer and the Catalyst of the Legendary group ASIN with Ronabel Comawas , Krisna Bawiin, and Marlon Sipe.

ASIN was formed in late 1976, the nucleus of which was the duo of Mike Pillora Jr. of Negros Occidental and Cesar Bañares Jr. of South Cotabato. Asin was the first group to incorporate Filipino indigenous instruments into pop/rock music. Their several songs went popular including some environmental hits such as “Masdan Mo Ang Kapaligirin” and “Ang Bayan Kong Sinilangan”.

Let’s come and listen to the Classic Songs of ASIN and New Compositions this coming April 23,2022 (Saturday) 6:00PM at the Provincial Lagoon & Park.
